Omniflex is a bulk SMS, one-time-password (OTP) and messaging-campaign platform for businesses in Zimbabwe, operated by Tyflex Investments (Pvt) Ltd, a company registered in Zimbabwe (registration no. 6765/2016). Tyflex Investments (Pvt) Ltd is the contracting entity for all Omniflex accounts, invoices and agreements.

Independence and no impersonation

Omniflex is an independent messaging service. We are not a bank, a mobile network operator, or a mobile-money provider, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any such organisation except where a formal written commercial agreement is in place.

We never ask for another company's login details, passwords, card numbers or wallet PINs. The sign-in page at app.omniflex.co.zw authenticates Omniflex account holders only, for access to their own Omniflex account. If you receive a message or see a page claiming to be Omniflex that asks for third-party credentials or payment details, it is not us — please report it to support@omniflex.co.zw.

Regulatory position

Messages are carried over POTRAZ-licensed mobile networks (Econet, NetOne) under the Postal and Telecommunications Act [Chapter 12:05]. Omniflex complies with the Cyber and Data Protection Act [Chapter 12:07] for lawful processing, consent, opt-out handling and data-subject rights.
